Important Note: Once a stone chip has been repaired, it then cannot be repaired a second time – only improved to some degree. The way to tell if a chip has been previously repaired is by gently tapping a large needle in the centre of the pit (the impact point of the chip). If it feels like plastic or is soft-ish then it is likely to be an old repair. We recommend customers check this prior to contacting us to avoid disappointment.
